Violeta Stefanovska- Shukovikj and Marina Chado: musicians, educators and businesswomen with a successful international career. They shared their success story with us.

If we were to define success as an accomplished goal, then let that goal be clear, noble and high. If we honestly believe in the greatness of the goal, we will find a way to reach it. When this is the way things are in life, then the way to success is easy.

Our speakers today already had success stories behind them, on a personal, professional and business level even before they founded the music school “Pianoforte”. They are always dedicated to what they do, and they do that with love and a strong faith.

To them, the world revolves around the children. Wonders can be achieved in the socio-emotional field through music education. Of course, correct technique and music interpretation are a given. The correct technique enables a child to freely express their musical and emotional thoughts. Thus, the most persistent ones regularly perform at international competitions and win high awards.

From the beginning of the pandemic, until today alone, a dozen students of this school won awards at seven different competitions judged by international juries, both in the country and abroad.

This past success is a result of their perseverance to be progressive and unique. Thus, they did not back down even in the face of the new reality of remote classes, and all of these success stories were achieved in a period of isolation, and dominantly online classes. When the country, and the world, faced an enormous health and spiritual crisis, they made the effort to be contemporary and successful, while the students and their families- happy and spiritually fulfilled.

Deeply aware that constant work on a person is the key to success, they spend their lives in constant training and upgrading. While the beginning of their carrier was dedicated to their professional growth, first and foremost as musical performers, and later as music educators, they are now dedicated to developing their soft skills like: organisational abilities, leading a team, interpersonal relations and conflict solving- all the skills which would take to successfully run a music educational institution like “Pianoforte”. What for the rest of the people is summer or winter break, for them is an opportunity for a professional or educational trip. Athens, London, Moscow, Ljubljana, Kuala Lumpur and Sidney are educational destinations for them. Those are the points in the world that unite the story called “successful business duo: Violeta and Marina”.

Today, they are dedicated to a wider social impact, while managing their school where they primarily demonstrate a wide variety of humane characteristics. They consider it a great success that the top results of their students, and their whole educational staff, are achieved in a positive and warm atmosphere.
