Personal data is collected, processed and stored exclusively for the needs of our website.

Personal data, voluntarily submitted by visitors to our site: name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail, are collected and used in order to arrange and smoothly deliver the musical instrument learning service.

Personal data will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the data holder, no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected, after which they are deleted and destroyed.

Rules for minors

Minors may not provide personal information without the permission of a parent or guardian.

Piano Forte Skopje will never forward personal data of minors to third parties. (We recommend that all parents and guardians teach their children about safe and responsible handling of personal information on the Internet.)

Protecting your user account

Your password is the key to your user account. (Don’t reveal it to anyone.)

If you lose control of your password, you lose control of your personal data and may become subject to fraud and abuse committed in your name and at your expense.

If your password has been compromised, immediately change it to a new one and notify us. (If your username is the same as your password, it’s very easy for someone else to log into the system. To create a strong password, use numbers, letters, and special characters.)
